    How do I get my data in?

    Upload a CSV of your customer list and Nufero reads your whole base, not a sample. No tagging or manual segmentation needed. From one upload you get named cohorts and a product breakdown.

    Which integrations are live?

    Two real connectors are live today: Shopify and Klaviyo. WooCommerce comes in by CSV export for now, and Instagram is not yet a tenant connector. We label every integration plainly instead of padding the list.

    How does scoring work?

    Nufero resolves your customers into named, human cohorts and attributes revenue to the cohort that drives it. You see which groups of people actually move your catalog, and which products each cohort buys.

    How do I activate a cohort?

    On Pro and above you push named cohorts straight into Klaviyo flows and read activation results back. Activation lives next to the signal, so you act on a cohort without exporting it somewhere else.

    What happens to my data?

    Your uploaded data is used only to run the reports and strategies you request. We do not sell personal data, and you can request deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
